Our Spa Policies & Forms

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation for check-in. Late arrivals will not receive an extension for service.
  • Gratuities are not included in the price of the service.
  • 24 hour cancellation required or a full-service fee will be incurred for all reservations that are cancelled without notice.
  • Management reserves the right to decline services at their discretion.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings.
  • CELL PHONES ARE TO BE TURNED OFF WHILE AT THE SPA OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR OTHER GUESTS
  • No Refunds on any service or product. Product can be returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened and in original packaging, for a spa credit.
  • Monthly Specials are not available for pre-purchasing.
  • Comfort – Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner to ensure your comfort. If you are uncomfortable at any time, please let your therapist or management know.
  • We request that no children be allowed in the spa at any time. This is out of respect for our other clients as to assure the most relaxing environment.
