Our Spa Policies
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation for check-in.
- Please complete all paperwork found on our website, for treatment prior to arrival.
- Late arrivals will not receive an extension for service.
- Gratuities are not included in the price of the service.
- Gratuities are not allowed on credit cards.
- We do not accept store purchased pre-paid gift cards of any kind.
- 24-hour cancellation required, or 50% of the full priced treatment will be incurred for all reservations that are cancelled without proper notice.
- Charity gift certificates expire on date printed on gift certificate. NO EXTENSIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS
- Management reserves the right to decline services at their discretion.
- We cannot assume responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings.
- CELL PHONES ARE TO BE TURNED ON SILENT WHILE AT THE SPA OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR OTHER GUESTS
- No Refunds on any service or product. Product can be returned within 7 days of purchase, unopened, and in original packaging, for a spa credit. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Monthly Specials are not available for pre-purchasing and are only valid for the month advertised.
- Comfort – Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner to ensure your comfort. If you are uncomfortable at any time, please let your therapist know.
- We request that no children be allowed in the spa at any time. This is out of respect for our other clients as to assure the most relaxing environment.
